8. Having a studio.

10. Having steady employment for the next 5 months.

OH MY WORD!! Nanaimo Bars!!! My ex introduced me to these on my first visit to him in Vancouver. Sugar buzzz is an understatement! And despite all the many different recipes I have collected since, none taste as good as the ones you get there! YUMMM I am so jealous.. jackie
