I Cut My Hair and Nobody Noticed
Okay, well, that's not true. A girl noticed at the end of the day, but I had interacted with MANY people throughout the day and no one said a THING. I mean, when you chop of 8-10 inches of hair, you kind of expect SOMEONE to notice. Or maybe it just looks bad. But I've had worse haircuts. With bangs. You should have seen my face when it was finished. It was like someone had hit my face with a BANG! Oh, well. At least someone who needs a wig will get one thanks to the POUNDS of hair I cut off. I hope they get noticed. I hope they look really good.

I've done that before too - cut off a ton of hair (long to short) and then waited for the comments that never came. Weird eh? I think your hair looks great.

There. That's what I would have said within two seconds of seeing you. No kidding.
Same thing happened to me earlier this month. Cut off about six inches and no one said a word...except my husband. Not my Mom, not my sisters....strange.
Which just goes to show that all that agonizing we do in front of the mirror most mornings - "ugh, this one little piece keeps sticking up weird, wait, let me try this gel-mousse product, no, maybe I should wet it down, well now my head looks lopsided..." etc. etc is all for nought.
I think your hair looks fabulous :-)
